Busseto Dry Cured Salami with Black Pepper, 8 oz
Busseto Dry Cured Salami with Black Pepper combines savory Italian-style cured meat with a bold pepper coating that adds aroma, spice, and texture to every slice. The whole chub allows you to cut thin slices for a refined presentation or thicker pieces for sandwiches and hearty snack plates.
Serve it with aged cheese, olives, crackers, roasted peppers, mustard, or crusty bread. It is a natural addition to charcuterie boards and antipasto trays, but it is equally useful for quick lunches and refrigerator snacking when you want something rich and satisfying.

This is a brand I trust and it did not disappoint. Taste:Great taste the pepper is ground so that it enhances the flavor without overpowering.Value for money:great value for great quality.I will buy this product again
Way too much pepper and whatever else was on the outside of the salami. Pepper and stuff got all over me and everything. It was also very hard to get the spices off the salami to make it edible for me.
So apparently it was delicious because by the time I was going to go get a slice. The whole thing was gone! My daughter enjoyed it through the week. Lucky her lol. I'll definitely buy it again so I can't have a taste of it this time around.
Having grown up with Gallo salami, that became my standard. Given that, the flavor of this salami is okay but not spectacular. Very soft, nice texture. The pepper coating was interesting. The ingredients say only "black pepper" but not which kind. Neither the noble comfort of Malabar nor the lackluster heat of Szechwan, nor the smokey goodness of Lampoong. The pepper it seemed closest to on the stick I received would be Cameroun black penja pepper, but a little less spicy. Although a black pepper lover, I removed the pepper on part, and like it more without the pepper. Although not bold, the flavor is as advertised: intriguing (Is that wine!?). I believe this would be a nice gift for someone who likes a variety of salamis, and who doesn't hold back from pepper. And if they do dislike pepper, just have them brush it off.
The only thing that would make this better is if it were sliced for me! Seriously I love black pepper salami but this one beats them all! This is seriously coated in course ground pepper unlike many others I have tried that seemed a bit shy with the pepper. The meat is a great texture and flavor too. Together it is the perfect one for me!
