IMPORTANT CONDITION DISCLOSURE:

This is a VERY LOW-GRADE reader/filler copy with significant
structural damage.

The FRONT AND BACK COVER are attached ONLY at the TOP STAPLE and
are barely hanging on.

The BOTTOM STAPLE is completely DETACHED from the cover.

The cover is SPLIT MORE THAN THREE-QUARTERS OF THE WAY UP THE SPINE.

The staples are RUSTED and there is visible RUST MIGRATION /
BLEEDING from the staples into the surrounding paper.

Additional defects include substantial spine deterioration,
missing pieces/chipping along portions of the cover edges,
creasing, edge and corner wear, surface wear and age-related
toning to the interior pages.

This comic should be handled carefully due to the fragile condition
of the cover and spine.

This is NOT being represented as a higher-grade collectible copy.
It is being sold as an inexpensive original Silver Age Marvel
reader/filler copy for someone who wants an original #13 and the
first Super-Patriot appearance without paying for a higher-grade
example.
